Sunday begins foggy in Munich: at 07:00 the Muenchen-Stadt station reported visibility of around two kilometres, 8.9 °C and a dew point close to the air temperature. The stubborn fog lifts during the morning, and the afternoon takes the temperature from just over 10 °C up to 17 °C. No significant rain is expected before midnight, though only about three hours of sunshine get through.

Overnight it cools to around 10 °C and the fog may re-form, especially close to the ground. Monday morning stays dry.

Monday starts fresh at 9 °C with some cloud, then the sun takes over: up to 15 °C and around six hours of sunshine, with no rain. In the afternoon the north-easterly wind picks up, with gusts near 28 km/h.

Tuesday is the mildest and brightest day of the week at up to 19 °C, following a cold night of just 4 °C. Wednesday turns: steady rain brings around 15 litres per square metre, along with only 11 °C and no sunshine. Not until Thursday does it settle again, with almost ten hours of sun.

Friday still brought 22 °C and almost ten hours of sunshine; Saturday delivered five litres of rain and no more than 15 °C. That cooling does not run in a straight line — Sunday stays dry and Tuesday turns distinctly milder again at up to 19 °C. Wednesday, with steady rain and 11 °C, marks the next clear break.

The wind blows from the north-east to east and stays mostly light to moderate at 5 to 12 km/h. In the afternoon gusts of up to 27 km/h are possible, noticeable on open stretches when cycling; it eases overnight.
